The ultimate goal of this project is to equip teachers with ICT based teaching skills to effectively support learners with the competencies (knowledge, and skills) in the use of digital learning technology needed to improve their literacy, and numeracy, and ready to fully participate in the digital age.

The outcomes of this project are:
1. Girls and Boys in the targeted school have improved learning outcome through improved learning facilities in their respective schools.
2. Improved synergic cooperation with key local government through collaborative initiatives in improving inclusive child-centered and ICT base literacy, and numeracy.
3. Families increased meaningful support to provide adequate inclusive child-centered and ICT base literacy, and numeracy learning at home

The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description. The position is contingent upon approval of the grant application/donor funding.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

LEADERSHIP
o Provide leadership in the implementation of project activities within approved plans, budgets, and agreements, and in compliance with organizational policies/ procedures, operational systems, and donor requirements and regulations.
o Coordinate with Project Manager (Pimpinan Proyek) of Core Partner to reach program quality delivery
o Implement the project as per the approved document (end to end)

STRATEGIC PLANNING
o Contribute to the planning process of the project, responsible from end to end of implementation, and do routine/ regular monitoring program activities by providing technical inputs based on relevant field-based experiences.
o Conduct program/project monitoring visits, and spot checks in the areas of assignment and address identified performance problems or discrepancies.
o Develop Advocacy and Sustainability Plan of the project in discussion with Local Partners
o Bringing the project to get buy-in and consider as a model by district education offices

NETWORK/PARTNERSHIP
o Build relationships and collaborate with partners (GO’s, NGOs, Schools, institutions, media and others) at local levels to speed up the project implementation, increase resource sharing and complementation (financial, technical, etc.).
o Maintain a positive relationship with a donor through preparation and submission of timely and high- quality reports and documentation.
o Work with the finance team to manage the budgets, track spending, and ensure timely financial reporting.
o Liaise with ChildFund network and update the project in the network

CAPACITY BUILDING
o Assist and collaborate with concerned staff in the conduct of initiatives aimed to enhance program quality and secure additional funding to support and expand services to enrolled families and children.
o Provide technical skills and manage training as planned in the project

QUALITY of PROGRAM
o Ensure the quality of program delivery as agreed standard that has been developed in the project proposal
o Consult with TS and M&E

CHILD SAFEGUARDING
o Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding policy and procedures, and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the child safeguarding policy
o Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in early education, psychology, Social Work or relevant human services discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience; advanced degree desirable

7-10 years of experience working in human services or social services and/or with non-profit organizations, preferably community organizations
Experience of managing project implementation, delivering on outputs and awareness of project requirements and priorities. 
Educational background is preferred
Interested in children's development and education issues
Understand about the primary school education curriculum and its implementation in the field, especially related literacy and numeration (MERDEKA BELAJAR)
Computer proficiency in common office software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in facilitating community training; experience in facilitating training for primary school teachers, students, and communities, 
demonstrated experience with program cycle management (PCM) is preferred
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
Good oral/written communication and organizational skills
Must be able to travel to the project site
