Activity Purposes:

The purpose of procuring a Syariah Micro Finance Consultant is to build the capacity of IRI staff and organizations in implementing the Micro Finance Syariah project for Hydroponic Cultivation, Nila Fish and Trigona Honey Cultivation and Community Small Business Groups combined with community empowerment through existing business groups. This capacity building is carried out through the provision of a series of training with various methods and consultation inputs in all stages of the project.

Scope of Work for Sharia Micro Finance Capacity Building Consultants

1.         Conducting Syariah Micro Finance (MFS) Training on Field Work Practice for Managers of MFS Cooperatives & Community Organizers.

2.         Conducting Socialization of Syariah Microfinance (PPT) materials, and Candidate Selection Member (PCA).

3.         Carry out Registration and Feasibility Test.

4.         Conducting Pre-Training.

5.         Conducting Member Training.

6.         Conducting Training on Syariah Microfinance, Syariah Cooperative Accounting, Marketing and Business Planning.

7.         Conducting Member Weekly Meeting (PMA).

8.         Implementing Goods Distribution to Syariah Micro Finance Beneficiaries.

9.         Provide assistance on Syariah Micro Finance to Cooperative Management (Document Arrangement, and Bookkeeping of Sharia Cooperative Financial transactions.

10.     Prepare a Business Plan for Cooperative business entities with the current modalities (Business Group, MFS, and Cooperative Business Entity)

1.       Syariah Micro Finance (MFS) Training on Field Work Practice Methods for MFS Cooperative Manager & Community Organizer.

2.       Socialization of Syariah Micro Finance (PPT) materials, and Candidate Membership (PCA).

3.       Registration and Feasibility Test.

4.       Pre-Training

5.       Member Training

6.       Training on Syariah Microfinance, Syariah Cooperative Accounting, Marketing and Business Planning.

7.       Weekly Meeting of Members (PMA).

8.       Distribution of Goods to Sharia Microfinance Beneficiaries.

9.       Assistance on Sharia Microfinance to Cooperative Management (Organization Documents and Bookkeeping of Sharia Cooperative Financial transactions).

10.   The existence of a Business Plan for the development of Sharia Cooperatives.

 

 MFS Consultant Profile.

§  Experienced in implementing Sharia Micro Finance activities/projects for poor community groups,

§  Experienced in providing Sharia Micro Finance training,

§  Experienced in developing and building business plans for business entities Cooperative.

§  At least have an educational background of Bachelor's Degree in the fields of economics, social science, law, and other fields of knowledge relevant to Sharia Micro Finance and community empowerment activities.
