Duties and Responsibilities:

Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding policy and procedures, and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Child Safeguarding Policy.

HR Operations
Ensure timely responses to employees (based on Service Level Agreement) on all HR-related inquiries (i.e., self-service and manager self-service functionality, benefit and compensation related questions, leave, unemployment)
Resolve issues for customers (employees, vendors, business partners, managers, etc.) on a variety of topics HR processes including benefits, 
Perform external employment verifications for internal staff
Ensure integrity and accuracy of all HR data in global HRIS system.
Support staff with online learning through eLearning platform

Talent Acquisition
In collaboration with HRM and HRBP, responsible for: Manage and end to end hiring process 
Complete job postings, and other related recruitment tasks assigned
Conduct candidate communications, screening, assessments, and candidate scheduling
Coordinate interview schedule with panellists, share interview resources including general guidance (i.e. what not to ask) and interview templates, CVs, etc.
Conduct Reference Check and Background Verification for short-listed candidates
Monitor, update and complete employment agreements for review and approval



Talent Management
Initiate all pre-onboarding-related documentation and communication with new hires to ensure completion of forms prior to first day of employment
Coordinate all logistics management prior to new staff arrival (desk, laptop etc.) in collaboration with HR/Admin Officer in each Country Office
Coordinate the employee exit checklist including logistics and separation from exiting benefit programs
Monitor Performance Management Process through the system.

Training and development 

Assist on training documentation materials
Facilitating training on HR System, Business Processes for your region
Induct new joinee on WeConnect
Support staff with online learning through eLearning platform
HR Reports and Metrics / Data Management
Run and distribute special HR-related reports (i.e., Onboarding, Exit Interviews, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Learning and Development)
Other

Serve as back-up to other HR Specialists

Qualifications and Experience

7-10 years’ work experience in HR Operations 
Recruitment experience/ manage employee life cycle preferred
Highly skilled in excel and other analytical tools 
Ability to handle confidential employee information
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with proven excellence. 
Desire to learn process management tools; process management experience a plus
Strong leadership skills, agile and multi tasker
High proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
High degree of problem-solving skills and autonomy 
Project management and process management skills 
Excellent organization and prioritizing skills.
Proficient in Windows, Word, email and Internet and database applications. 
Ability to handle and perform in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
