Project Management Assistant (Consulting Services - Individual Consultant)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as Project Management Assistant.
Project Management Assistant will be hired to support the Project Management Unit to deal with but not limited to support the coordination within ATR/BPN and inter-Ministries/Agencies on logistical arrangement, facilitate or coordinate activity, organize and mobilize input and substances on Project Management, Knowledge Management, Safeguards, Communication and Monitoring and Evaluation. This will include, under the guidance of the Project Management Unit (PMU) Director, engaging in strategic discussions and dialogues (within ATR/BPN and inter-Ministries/Agencies) and the World Bank. The engagement is initially expected for 3 months (as probation period), and extendable based on needs. The assignment is expected to start in January 2022 or earlier. It is expected that Project Management Assistant may has to work additional hours depending on the workload or the requests of the Project Management Unit (PMU) Director.
The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experiences:
a. Bachelor degree from reputable university (Master degree is preferable);
b. Minimum 5 years of experience of practice in Government projects, development area or private commercial practice (particularly Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap or PTSL is an advantage, land, spatial or IT related projects);
c. Experience in working with Government agencies, rural community and NGOs and experience in working for Government-funded project or World Bank/international agencies/other multilateral agencies – funded projects;
d. Excellent command in spoken and written in English and in Bahasa Indonesia;
e. Experience in Management Information System (MIS), database and MS Excel;
f. Target oriented, willing to work long hours and travel to project sites and able to work independently under minimum supervision;
g. Women are encouraged to apply.
PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (curriculum vitae, porto-folio, references, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.).
The consultant team will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018.
