We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of: Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) Officer, for EpiC Project, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Summary


The ICT4D Officer will provide critical technical, coordination, and oversight to the EpiC’s ICT4D activities in Indonesia. The position will implement and track the ICT4D strategies across the five EpiC approaches. The ICT4D Officer will work closely with a variety of technical team and stakeholders at the National, provincial and district levels.


The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and open for Indonesian nationals’ candidates only. Suitably qualified candidates openly living with HIV and/or who are representative of the key populations affected by HIV are also actively encouraged to apply.


Job Description:

 

·       The ICT4D Officer works with the ICT4D Program Manager to provide technical assistance to the project in all areas related to ICT4D, including supporting the implementation of the EpiC strategy (especially in ICT4D aspects) in Jakarta and Greater Jakarta.

·       The ICT4D Officer will provide direct technical support to EpiC partners, including CSOs, AIDS Commissions (at the provincial, and district levels), PHOs and DHOs as well as health care providers in Jakarta and Greater Jakarta to enable them to improve their use of ICT. This will include developing individualized ICT4D strategies for each partner, as well as ICT4D-related trainings, one-on-one technical support, material development, and other related support.

·       This position will contribute to the training of civil society and PHO/DHO, PAC/DAC partners in public and private settings to use state-of-the-art virtual tools to reach key and priority populations more effectively and link them to discrimination and stigma-free service provision.

·       The ICT4D Officer will stay up to date on the latest approaches and tools in the use of digital technologies for key population outreach and service provision, including reviewing effective methodologies and materials from around the globe to ensure high quality standards are followed.

·       The ICT4D Officer will also provide support to the implementation of a digital system that will enable EpiC to administer its technical assistance more effectively to partners. Partners should be able to easily submit requests, and EpiC staff should have a system in place that enables them to easily triage and respond to those requests. This system should also enable EpiC staff to track the progress of TA in near real-time and enable quick reporting and analysis.

·       The position will be based in Jakarta and open for Indonesian nationals’ candidates only.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

-       Bachelor degree majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

-       5 year experience working in ICT and or ICT4D area.

-       Preferred who have working with International NGO and or project implementor who work in Indonesia.

-       Good personal communication skill.

-       Shall have skill on web & mobile programming (preferred expert in code Igniter and Flutter).

-       Familiar with GITHUB, VPS server, Docker and Cpanel Management.
