Under USAID-SIAP-1 program, USAID has assisted KSP, KemenPAN-RB and Ombudsman RI to facilitate the management transition from KSP to KemenPAN, which led to the execution of a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by KSP, KemenPAN-RB and Ombudsman RI.
