Founded in 2019, PT Sahabat Laut Lestari (SLL) is an Indonesian company focused on the integration and use of technology and market-driven incentives to support industry and NGOs’ sustainable fisheries commitments. As an implementation and technology partner of an Indonesian-based NGO, Masyarakat dan Perikanan Indonesia (MDPI), SLL offers three primary services: 1) Traceability Information Technology, 2) Fisheries Certification implementation, and Fisheries Improvement consultation. Currently SLL is urgently seeking for an IT Support with working location in Bitung - Sulawesi.
JOB FUNCTION:
Monitor TraceTales and other related supply chain hardware/software in the field. The aim is to improve efficiency of data recording, reducing human error, real time data and improve traceability of production lots and increase the ease with which production reports can be produced by eliminating paper based tallying with technology wise.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support installation of TraceTales
2. Monitoring TraceTales in the field
3. Bridging communication between IT Software developer with the users for any issues in the field
4. Support user for implementing TraceTales in the field (e.g software and hardware)
5. Support in implementing other technology or other activity under Supply chain program in the field
6. Giving input to the team for better implementing system in the field
7. Other tasks assigned by the Director, which may be related to SLL internal management or planning activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- D3 Informatic
- Experienced in installing application system and database maintenance
- Understand about MySQL database
- Understand about trouble shooting LAN network and access point
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Enthusiastic, energetic, detail oriented, multitasking, honest, able to adapt easily
- Able to communicate effectively and has good manner
- Willing to be located in the fishing company in Bitung
