Vacancy at NLR Indonesia: HR and Admin Assistant

 NLR Indonesia is a national foundation, member of NLR Alliance. NLR Indonesia's main programs are leprosy control, prevention of disability, inclusive development for persons with disabilities, and cross cutting interventions on reducing stigma and discrimination for people affected by leprosy and persons with disabilities. NLR Indonesia’s approaches are capacity building, awareness raising, lobby and advocacy and piloting innovative approaches and building networks. NLR Indonesia partners with disabled people organizations, civil society organizations, educational institutions, as well as national and local government institutions.

 

Currently NLR Indonesia is looking for a candidate for following position:

 

HR and Admin Assistant

based in Jakarta

 

Main Responsibilities

The HR and Admin Assistant will perform administrative tasks of the organizations human resource department and services to support effective and efficient of board activities.

Under the supervision of the HR and Admin Officer, the HR and Admin Assistant’s main responsibilities are:

  1. Acts as liaison between organization management and board
  2. Acts as liaison between organization and the relevant government institution with regard to Yayasan operation
  3. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  4. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  5. Provides clerical support to the HR department
  6. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations
  7. Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·         Minimum a bachelor’s degree in management, communication or other relevant subjects with social work background

·         3 year of experience in human resources and administration-related tasks with in an NGO environment

 

Competencies

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software

·         Have good understanding about relevant regulations on Yayasan operation.

·         Good English Skill

·         Experience in personnel or staff capacity building

·         Understanding on procurement procedures.
