[Vacancy WWF Indonesia] Forest Landscape Restoration Coordinator - Palangka Raya

Yayasan WWF Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. Yayasan WWF Indonesia is currently seeking the best candidate for the Forest Landscape Restoration Coordinator position. This position will be based in Palangka Raya, and report directly to the  Sebangau Katingan Program Manager. 


In carrying out their duties, this position will support landscape-scale sustainable management strategies, conceptually related to integrated landscape management, analyze the continuity of regional planning and stakeholders (private sector, licensing, other parties) as well as support scientific aspects in landscape management. Ensure multiple outputs/outcomes from the collaborative agenda to support the achievement of sustainable landscape targets, program adoption, and facilitation of activities with shared objectives with stakeholders in the landscape. Building dialogues and collaborative actions on stakeholder sharing platforms to reach a common understanding, formulate collaborative plans, and conduct monitoring. 


Requirements for this position are:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any relevant major in the field of integrated landscape.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in conservation programs and sustainable management issues (Protect, Manage, Restoration) management/environment/related to natural resource management.
  • National and international environmental and social safeguards
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good standards of integrity.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills for collaboration with donors and stakeholders
