POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Capacity Building Officer is primarily responsible to ensure quality delivery of PIONEER project activities, in particular but not limited to capacity building activities. This includes coordination and delivery of field activities aimed at building institutionalised inclusive humanitarian response at the district level LDMA through improvement of capacity partnership mechanism between LDMA, OPDs and other related stakeholders in Sigi and Magelang district. The Project Capacity Building Officer supports the Capacity and Engagement Manager in establishing effective coordination in partnership between ASB and the PIONEER members by acting as the point of liaison. The Project Capacity Building Officer reports to the Capacity Building and Engagement Manager and is expected to coordinate closely with other PIONEER team members including ASB Finance Team to ensure all project, admin and financial activities meet the internal standards as well as the expectations and regulations of back donors.
