PURPOSE

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is presently implementing its country strategic 4 (CS4) covering fiscal year 2018 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as Plan will address critical child rights and gender equality issues that prevent marginalised children and youth, particularly girls and young women, from transitioning from home, through school and into decent work. This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and projects. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and international levels. 

The Project Coordinator responsible for certain project under partner and Plan`s responsibility focus planning, implementation and monitoring at the District level.   Will proactively work to influence, support and capacitate partnership, local government department in certain program at the district level.  Engage in advocacy, networking and coordination in the district, and ensuring children and young people particularly girls and women are benefiting from the project. / Project Coordinator bertanggung jawab pada ​​perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pemantauan proyek tertentu yang dilaksanakan oleh mitra dan Plan di Kabupaten.   • Prepare draft Detail Implementation Planning (DIP) of his/her respective project Responsibility at district level in line with Country Strategic (CS4) and Plan`s Theory of Change (TOC) / Mempersiapkan draft Detail Implementation Plan project di kabupaten yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya selaras dengan CS4 dan Theory of Change (TOC) Plan
  • Design Project planning and budget based on CS4 and DIP / Merancang perencanaan proyek dan anggaran berdasarkan CS4, TOC dan DIP.
  • Integrate CS4 and DIP plans with those of the District to encourage synergies with other initiative such as Village budget, SDGs and Child Friendly City (KLA) / Mengintegrasikan rencana  CS4 dan DIP dengan Kabupaten  untuk mendorong sinergi dengan berbagai inisiatif seperti Dana desa, SDGs dan Kota/Kabupaten Layak Anak (KLA).
  • Develop annual work plan based on CS4 with regarding DIP (activities, time line, person in charge, and partnership) / Mengembangkan rencana kerja tahunan berdasarkan CS4 yang selaras dengan DIP (aktivitas, waktu, penanggung jawab, dan kemitraan)
  • Communicate the result of CS4 and annual work plan DIP to partner, Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) and all stake holders to synergize resources / Mengkomunikasikan hasil rencana kerja tahunan CS4 dan DIP kepada mitra, Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) dan semua pemangku kepentingan untuk mensinergikan sumber daya

  • Support SAP & Data Management Coordinator, develop monitoring mechanism, tools of project monitoring / Mendukung SAP & Data Management Coordinator, mengembangkan mekanisme dan alat-alat monitoring project
  • In collaboration with SAP and Data Management Coordinator, prepare baseline data / Bekerja sama dengan SAP and Data Management Coordinator, mempersiapkan data baseline
  • Conduct monitoring to ensure accountability, quality and quantity using instrument/tools and mechanism has determined in DIP / Melakukan monitoring untuk menjamin pertanggungjawaban, kualitas dan kuantitas dengan menggunakan instrumen / alat dan mekanisme yang telah ditentukan dalam DIP
  • Input SAP and maintain it is accurate and up to date / Memastikan SAP akurat dan terkini.
