Yayasan Humanis seeks qualified candidates for the position of:


Title                 : Consultant-Temporary Human Resource Admin Officer

Duty Station      : Jakarta, Indonesia

Report to          : Operations Manager

Duration           : 4 (four) month


The Temporary Human Resources Admin Officer (Temp HRAO), under the supervision of and reporting to the Operations Manager, in coordination with Human Resources Consultant, responsible for execution of the HR policies, procedures and administrative tasks. To succeed in the role, the post holder will need to establish personal and professional credibility


The Temp HRAO assists the Operations Manager in the area of administrative and human resources areas and works closely with Operations team and Finance team.


Roles and responsibilities


1.      Assist and support Operation Manager for HR administration and filing system (both hardcopy and softcopy) in compliance with project administration procedures; Organizational Regulations, Scienta and Standard Operating Guidelines.

2.      Maintain and provide an updated personnel information in HR Information System (Hivos Database system, Krishand, Accurate).

3.      Responsible for completion of staff personnel data and to ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of personnel files and staff listing.

4.      Responsible for data collection for BPJS registration and submit it to BPJS for registration process.

5.      In coordination with Admin Officer to prepare the registration and deregistration of health inpatient insurance for staff.

6.      In a recruitment process cycle, to coordinate and support budget holder and Operations Manager prepare the Recruitment Request form, job profile, job advertisement, job interviews, reference check, job offer and contract documents based on the HR policy.

7.      In coordination with Communication Officer and IT officer to prepare the job vacancy materials for new open position in Social Media or website.

8.      Responsible and support management in the area of HR administration; circulate new HR policy or policy related to Government Regulations (labor law) and internal HR memo to all staff.

9.      Responsible to prepare monthly salary report and monthly transportation report.

10.   Responsible to prepare monthly salary slip, BPJS TK report, staff medical outpatient claim and process the request to finance

11.   Assist in preparing HR data and information for audit or any other review process needed.

12.   In coordination with Finance, prepared monthly staff charging information to be distributed to staff once it has final.

13.   In coordination with the Tax Consultant to calculate the PPH 25 tax installment calculation for new staff under EU project.

14.   Support managers to undertake performance appraisals and to manage disciplinary and other issues relating to their direct reports.

15.   Support and facilitate staff for general HR administration matters in daily basis.


Knowledge, experiences and competencies


·        Relevant academic level of working

·        Relevant work experience: 1-3 years

·        Affinity with administrative procedures

·        Work experience in international environment
