CRS/Indonesia is currently hiring Law Counsel to Review a CRS Standard HR Employee Application Form
Purpose:
The purpose of this Scope of Work (SoW) is to seek the legal advice from the local counsel – legal firm to review a CRS standard HR Employment Application form if there is anything on the application that should not be asked in the form according the country regulations/ laws.
Objectives of Consultancy
The local legal counsel will review the CRS standard application form questions that will be fill and completed by the candidates who will be have a test and/or interview for CRS position and the local counsel will provide a comprehensive feedback on CRS standard application form if there are any questions that’s against the local laws, this consultation works is to collect the legal advice from the local legal firm if the questions in the standard application form are acceptable to ask in the country
Specific Objectives:
· Review the CRS standard application form
· Provide feedback and comments if there are any questions against the local laws
Place of Performance:
The consultancy will be conducted remotely/virtual in Jakarta. The consultant(s)/supplier will work closely with CRS’ HR Manager to review a standard CRS Application form and provided feedback.
Period of Performance:
The total period of performance will be approximately 2 - 3 days with the period of performance between
1 – 8 December 2020.
Deliverables:
The Consultants shall produce the comprehensive comments and feedback by Wednesday, 9 December 2020
Qualifications:
- Local Law Firm with experiences in conducting review of the manual or legal form
- Understanding Manpower laws and other manpower regulations
- Good knowledges on local cultures and appropriate manner
- Proficiency in English, both oral and writing
