The Institute for International Peace Building (Yayasan Prasasti Perdamaian) is a Non-Profit Organization, concern on the issue on Peace Building and Conflict Transformation. We seek qualified Indonesian candidates for the positions below:
RESEARCH OFFICER (1 PERSON)
2. Assisting Program Manager to prepare monthly activity report;
3. Make a budget plan for implementation of program and submitted to Program Manager;
4. Manage the program and budget in accordance with planned activities;
5. Build and manage networks;
6. Visit program sites if requires;
7. Develop new initiatives related to the organizational concern isssues;
8. Other duties as assigned by The Executive Director and Program Manager.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education of bachelor’s degree in social science or relevant studies;
2. Maximum 27 years old;
3. Has a minimum 2 years work experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
4. Having knowledge about peace, conflict and pluralism;
5. Has experience in planning, monitoring and results-oriented methods of working;
6. Has excellent social skills and interpersonal skills;
7. Has excellent computer skills;
8. Able to write and speak fluently both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
9. Able to work in minimum supervision;
10. Able to work independently and as team member;
11. Able to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
