Yayasan Indonesia Cerah (“CERAH”) is a non-profit organisation established on 11 October 2018. The organisation focuses on the issues of clean energy and the environment. CERAH promotes the narrative of shifting Indonesia’s policy in energy transition as a leader  in providing strategic communication to amplify key messages in the narrative of clean energy and its transition in Indonesia, cultivating and enhancing stakeholder engagement and providing recommendations to policy makers.

 

CERAH has been collaborating with multiple stakeholders and prominent figures, the media, and civil society organisations to educate and raise awareness highlighting issues such as good governance and corruption, climate change, and the health impact of energy choices and renewable energy future and how that affects lifestyle and jobs.

 

To assist the ever-growing team, CERAH is looking for Financial Associate to assist our Climate Communications Specialist Team, work of the employee will include:

 

1.      Day-to-day finance administrative such as expense processing.

2.      Inputting account records with accuracy and precision.

3.      Assisting the Senior Operations Manager with setting up new accounting and financial planning system systems as needed.

4.      Preparing monthly financial report.

5.      Assisting the Senior Operations Manager in preparation of funder reports.

6.      Other related tasks as indicated by the line manager.

 

Requirements:

 

1.      Must be familiar with SAP system.

2.      2-3 years’ experience in a financial department, preferably with non-profit organisation

3.      Strong attention to detail with emphasis on quality and accuracy

4.      Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude

5.      Advance level Excel skills to create and manage complex files, run analysis and present data.

6.      Be familiar with and have affinity for IT tools such as MS Office 365, Zoom, Trello, etc.

7.      The versatile and adaptable skills necessary to flourish in a fast-faced and wide-ranging work environment where remote work is the norm

 

 

Duration and Fee:

The duration of work is 3 (three) months with possible extension up to December 2022. We offer a lump sum fee based on qualification, competency, and salary history.
