Technical Officer for Covid-19 Response Mechanism (TO-C19RM) - CCM GFATM Indonesia

 Country Coordinating Mechanism for the Global Fund for fighting AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (CCM-GFATM) Indonesia is now looking for “Technical Officer for Covid-19 Response Mechanism (TO-C19RM)” for the contract period of 1 August until 31 December 2021.

The main task of TO-C19RM is “to ensure PRs meet C19RM Grant performance targets”, as follows:

1.    Support C19RM Working Group and CCM Oversight Committee in managing C19RM Fast Track activities and finalizing Full Funding Grant by:

a. Providing inputs for implementing C19RM Fast Track Grant in coordination with CCM TO-ATM

b. Managing relationship with C19RM SRs and/or IUs, in coordination with PR ATMs, to ensure oversight and effective quality assurance of C19RM Fast Track activities.

c. Creating and maintaining partnerships to manage CR19RM Fast Track Activities and finalize C19RM Full Funding Grant.

d. Preparing meetings and presentations/documents/reports of C19RM Fast Track Grant in coordination with PMU of ATM Grants.

e. Providing routine updates, meeting reports/schedules/minutes and Grant performance.

2.    Arrange C19RM Working Group meetings/activities and maintain C19RM database (with the help of assigned CCM Administrative Staff) and disseminate lessons learnt across grant-supported programs and ensuring effective knowledge fertilization among ATM TWGs, PRs and donors.

3.    Work with other CCM Secretariat Staff as a team, liaise with Financial Officer for funds utilizations and with General Affairs Officer for C19RM activities and report to CCM Executive Secretary.

The Academic qualifications, Work Experiences and Personal Competencies required are :

-          Academic Qualifications: At least Bachelor in Social/Economic/Public Health fields. Post Graduate degree an advantage.

-          Working Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with Global Fund/USAID/DFAT/UN/MoH programs ow with NGO/International Aid Agencies.

-          Personal Competencies:

      Sound knowledge and proven record of experience in project management/implementation.

      Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.

      Very good networking, oral and written communication skills (Fluency in English and Bahasa) .

      High degree of integrity, and well organized with good analytical skills.

      Intermediate level usage of computers and MS Office.
