AVAILABLE POSITION IN PR GF ATM AIDS COMPONENT MOH - JAKARTA

 The Ministry of Health of RI currently continuing the HIV AIDS grant fund from the Global Fund for year 2021. The grant funds will be used to augment Government of Indonesia (GOI) funds for Treatment, Care and Support some of the enhancements in the acceleration, complete and medium coverage in 34 provinces and 238 districts/cities 

Under this Funding period, the Principal Recipient of MOH (PR MOH) will continue implementing the pivotal roles of ensuring HIV Testing, Treatment, Care and Support, as well as other RSSH activities including: Health Management Information System and Monitoring and Evaluation, Integrated Service Delivery and Quality Improvement, and Procurement and Supply Chain Management System.

In order to expedite and manage the implementation of the program effectively, the Project Management Unit (PMU) of PR MOH is currently seeking for proactive and high qualified candidates to fill the following position:

PMU Coordinator

Minimum Master degree in health, especially in epidemiology

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).

·         Proven experience at a senior level managing and implementing programmes in an international setting

·         Strong leadership skill with proven history of managing complex or multiple projects, including staffing, design, planning and monitoring

·         Sound experience of financial management and timely reporting to donors

Logistic Coordinator

Minimum Bachelor degree desirable in health or pharmaceutical or other related fields

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).

·         Experience in planning, coordinating and monitoring all supply logistics (drugs & goods) related activities and providing support to medical assistance activities, according to TGF protocols and standard

·         Strong leadership skill with proven history

·         Experience in implementing all administrative related activities linked to logistics (orders, insurances, etc)

 

Administration / File Maintenance)

Minimum Bachelor degree desirable in management or social / communication field

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).

·         Experience in assisting and preparing internal and external meeting, events, conferences and workshops

·          Experience in correspondent, filling (data management skill) and documents distribution

Data Analyst

Minimum Bachelor degree in public health, especially in biostatistics  or epidemiology

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).

·         Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, accountability mechanism establishment and knowledge management

·         Good organizational skill including report writing

Planner

Minimum Bachelor degree in health, especially in biostatistics  or epidemiology

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).

·         Experience in program planning, particularly on the budgeting and program activity or performance framework indicators;

·         Experience in oversight budget analysis on the programmatic activities;

Finance Administrator

Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).

·         Experience in using the accounting software (ABIPRO / similar software)

·         Experience in verifying financial documents in accordance with the financial standard and procedures

·         Able to check and verify all incoming invoices / requests / payments and follow up with related parties regarding incomplete or inappropriate documentation.

·         Prepare payment requests and monitor billing progress to ensure payments are provided in timely manner

·         Experience in verifying financial statements (SUF, list of advances for activities, variance analysis), bank reconciliation in accordance with existing financial standards and procedures

General qualification:

·         Demonstrates integrity and willing to travel as required.

·     Able to use IT skills eg. Computer literacy, in particular experience with MS Office, office software packages and

·         Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.

·         Strong motivation and good team player with ability for multi- tasking.

·         Communication skills in English and Bahasa

·         Ability to work under extreme pressure and in complex setting.

·         Ability to work as a team work and provide guidance and advice to the PMU team.

·         Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
