The role

A Jakarta-based graphic designer is sought to work closely with the KIAT Communication team in visualizing data and information in a creative way. The designer is expected to provide designs and layouts for publications such as posters, infographics, guidelines and reports.

The graphic designer will report to the Communications Manager and will work with the Communications Team. 

KIAT may select several candidates for the position to form a panel of service providers for selected assignments with specific tasking and duration.

 

This role also involves the following key activities:

·       Provide layout and design for KIAT communication materials such as infographics, posters, guidelines and reports based on creative brief provided by KIAT;

·       Provide final artwork of the design for printing needs;

·       Provide editable format for all submitted design and layout (complete with relevant links) in the format of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign;

·       Provide other necessary graphic-designing services as required;

·       Ensure that consultations, meetings, and decision-making processes include representations of gender;

·       Ensure that all key activities consider opportunities to strengthen Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) outcomes during implementation, and where relevant consider the feasibility of engaging with civil society to enhance these outcomes.

About you

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in working on production of visual formats such as infographics, posters, brochures, guidelines, reports, etc;      

·  Familiar in using the newest graphic designing software and tools;

Qualified female candidates and candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration

Based on agreed price. Assigned for Provision of Services Agreement (PSA)
