The role

Join the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice Phase 2 (AIPJ2) team as an Activity Coordinator – Court Efficiency and Transparency, and play an integral role to support the day-to-day operations for each strategy of program implementation with the logistics / administrative including financial and program management for ensuring the timely payment of costs and expenses for activities implemented.

About you

You will be a motivated and proactive Activity Coordinator – Court Efficiency and Transparency with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:

>    Diploma or Degree in administration and management or a relevant field.

>    Experience in managing large scale events (meeting, workshop, seminar etc).

>    Able to do negotiation, coordination and communication skills.

>    Demonstrated capacity to work with and take direction as part of a team.

>    Experience in reporting on activities and sound financial management experience.

>    Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
