What we are looking for

We are looking for an individual consultant, consultant organization or research organization that able to demonstrate experience in research related to women empowerment, community business development, entrepreneurship and economic leadership with below qualification:


Proven experiences in development works related to women-owned small-medium business initiatives, especially focusing on weaving products in rural areas such as in NTT and NTB area.

Previous experiences in producing a high-quality research report in both Indonesian and

English in a plain and approachable text, demonstrating excellent analytical and

communication skills.

Extensive networks of private sectors and government actors and cooperatives (Koperasi) especially in targeted locations;

Ability to deliver a high-quality product in a timely manner;

Submission of Proposal

The tender proposals should include at least the following:


Training framework and modules based on the ToR consist of: suggested criteria, curriculum and methodology

Timeline for the trainings with clear details the work to be executed, and specifying interim or training report deliverables

Detailed budget (including taxes)

Training team description: composition, leadership and curriculum vitae of all members

An example of training modules and training reports by the team or individual in English and/or Indonesian (or valid hyperlinks to online reports) and evaluation of the work done by the team / partner if available.
