BIJAK
And in order to achieve the objectives, BIJAK must have a solid monitoring and evaluation (ME) team that can accurately identify and measure these achievements. As such, BIJAK will hire a Monitoring and Evaluation Data Officer to work together with the ME specialist.
Objectives
Provide data management support to the BIJAK M&E and technical teams and project partners
Ensure that all required M&E data is collected, verified, and saved in appropriate databases
Ensure that the project’s M&E database and files are up to date at all times
Ensure that the M&E system and processes are followed
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
Collect required data/information and supporting documents from BIJAK technical teams, partner organizations, and short term technical assistances (STTA)s
Verify M&E data/information according to the indicator reference sheets
Manage, review, and update M&E data in DevResults and SharePoint to ensure its data quality and integrity
Provide M&E data for quarterly and annual reports
Provide M&E data/information as requested by the Chief of Party (COP), or M&E Specialist
Support the M&E specialist in implementing surveys and data quality assessments
Ensure that data related to training developed and delivered by BIJAK are entered into USAID’s TEAMS web-based system according to established deadlines
Provide assistances and guidance to BIJAK staff and grantees in using DevResults and other M&E tools
Other tasks as requested by COP or M&E specialist
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably with specialization in statistics)
Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience working in the international development fields or other civil society organization, experience in USAID project is an advantage
Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in working in monitoring and evaluation
Experience in data management or analysis
Familiarity with Excel, Word processing, data management, other internet-based applications
Good communications skills in written and spoken English
An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team
