Yayasan Plan International Indonesia (YPII) through Mata Kail Project aiming to promote sustainable economic growth and employment opportunities of marginalized youth, particularly young women, in the fish-processing sector in Indonesia. The project targets 2,000 youth (1,400 females and 600 males) age 15-29 years old and empower them to facilitate advocacy in several levels, from village to regional level.
